Obituary of Cecelia Hinks

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cecelia Hinks late of Regina, SK on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the age of 86 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph; parents Eileen and Mariange; brothers, Howard and Bernard; sister Theresa; daughter-in-law Karen; and grandson Jason. Cecelia is survived by her children Gary, Judy (Bill), Rose (Randy), Jim, Dave (Angie), Rob (Cathy), Jacquie (John), Brad (Charlotte) and Joe (Charlene); thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Cecelia loved spending time with her family, baking bread, making pies and having her family over for Sunday supper. Special thank you to the staff at the Pasqua Hospital Unit 4B and Palliative Care and the William Booth Grace Hospice. Visitation will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, family and friends so wishing may make memorial donations in Cecelia’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2R3,  Canadian Diabetes Association, 917A Albert Street, Regina, SK, S4R 2P6 or William Booth Grace Hospice, 50 Angus Road, Regina, SK, S4R 8P6.
