Obituary of Phil Terrence Russell

Phil Terrence Russell passed away on March 19, 2018 at the age of 81. He was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario and was predeceased by his parents George and Kitty, brother Larry, daughter Cheryl, brother-in-law Bob, daughter-in-law Tracy. He leaves behind Noreen, his beloved wife of 35 years; sisters Lynn and Bonnie; brother-in-law Archie; children and step-children Richard (Tara), Laura (Bob), Terry, DeeDee, Scott and Randy; 15 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Phil taught Special Education and Computer Science at Miller and Michael A Riffel High Schools. After retiring, he marshalled at the Murray Golf Course for many years. He was active in the square and round dance community both as a dancer and a teacher and cuer of rounds. In his leisure time he enjoyed golfing, bowling, and playing cards. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Westminster United Church, 1325-13^th Avenue, Regina, SK.
