Our heartfelt condolences are extended to the family on this terrible loss. Reading of Mr. Bell's positive, adventurous and magnanimous personality we note the incredible positive influence and the legacy he has left his family; in particular our friends, the Maltman's - Dee Dee, Tom, Tyler, Crombie, Reid and Tasha some of the most wonderful and generous people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His light shines brightly.
