Obituary of Lorna Ann Wagmann

1927 – 2018

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of this very special lady Lorna, on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the age of 91 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Mary Wagman; brothers, Joseph, Frank, Henry, Wendel, and John; sisters, Bernadine, Gertrude, Angeline, Philipinia, Jenny, and Mary; treasured nephew Kevin; as well as several dear sisters and brothers-in-law and other precious relatives. Lorna will be missed greatly by her niece Dawn (Rick) and their children Troy (Jill) and their daughter Jenaya, Lindsay (Scott) and their son Joel, and Drew (Celeste); niece Wendy (Chicha) and her son Ryan (Kristen) and their children, Avaya, Mia, and Austin; nephew Dale; niece Geri and her sons, Lorne and his son Jeremia, James and his daughter Jessica; sister Phyllis; brother Neil (June); great-nephew Devin (Abby); sister-in-law Eunice; niece Shauna (Dave) and their children, Tess and Paige; special friends Louise and Val, Lori (Jim) and their children, Stephanie, Kelsey, Jenell, and Devin; as well as many special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lorna loved her family more than anything and she was generous to a fault. She loved to garden and tend to her flowers. She enjoyed sitting outside listening to the birds. Lorna loved to learn about everyone she met – especially their heritage. She was a wonderful cook and baker and always enjoyed a glass of wine. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, 302 King Street, Balgonie, SK on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Danilo Rafael presiding.
