Obituary of Margaret Lasek

Margaret Lasek, age 91, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2010 at the Pasqua Hospital. Margaret was born in Vegreville, AB on October 26, 1919. She grew up in Glen Ewen, SK then moved to Elkhorn, MB where she married Stanley Lasek in 1942. After Stans passing in 1956 she moved to the New Westminster, BC to be closer to some of her family. She moved to Regina in 1998. Margaret was predeceased by her parents Paul and Margaret Leonard and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son Butch (Dianne), grandson Jace (Olga) of Montreal as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Respecting Margarets wishes a private family service will be held at a later date in Elkhorn, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
