Obituary of Mary Bushell

Stella Bushell passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2010. Stella was born on the farm at Herschel, Saskatchewan on February 12, 1915. She was predeceased by her husband John Bushell (pharmacist-owner, Canada Drug and Book); parents Catherine and Duncan Beaton; a brother Leslie; sister-in-law Ella; and two sons J.D. and Barry. Stella will be dearly remembered by her son Ronald and daughter-in-law Irene; three grandsons Bradley (Vancouver), Robin and Benjamin; daughter-in-law Rev. Jamie Bushell and step-grandchildren Debbie (Greg) McIntyre, Sandy (Craig) Kovac, David Sprentz, Donnie Sprentz, Mitz (Dave) Harrison and Dianna (Jeff) McFarlane; one niece Naida (Dave) Fisher; nephew Alex (Betty) Beaton; numerous great-grandchildren and good friends Carol Ortman, Iola Thomas, Mabel Beaton, and Betty McIlroy. Stella attended Paragon Business College and was employed as a secretary at the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Robert A. Kitchen officiating.
