Obituary of Cora Hassel

It is with loving memories that the family announces the peaceful passing of Cora Hassel at Sunset Extendicare. Predeceased by her husband Jake in 2009; an infant daughter; her parents; six sisters and four brothers. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Elaine (Duane) Glass and their children, Brad (Lyla) and Cora-Lee (Darcy); Marjorie (Brian) Waters and their children, Kenny (Carla) and Keith (Natasha); Brenda (Lanny) Bell and their children, Lorelei (Brent), Stacey (Trevor) and Devin (Janna); and 11 great-grandchildren. Also survived by two sisters Hilda and Agnes; one brother Henry (Esther); and sisters-in-law Agnes and Dorothy; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, Earl Grey, SK on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Marc Jerry officiating. The family extends their special thanks to the staff at Sunset Extendicare for their care for the past two years.
