Obituary of Margaret Anna Mullan

Margaret passed away at the age of 88 on Sunday, March 6, 2011. Born in Wattensheid, Germany she was the only child of Karl and Bertha Schudwitz. The family moved to Canada in 1925 when Margaret was three years old. She was predeceased by her husband, Steve Mullan in 2002. Marg will be missed by her three daughters, Wendy (Larry) Cooper of Marsden, SK, Joan (Bob) Mills of Regina, SK and Diane Mullan of Regina, SK; six grandchildren, Joel (Siobhn) Cooper of Saskatoon, SK, Marnie (Pete) Jelfimow of Kamloops, BC, Ken (Kristin) Mills of Frankford, ON, Cathy Mills of Vancouver, BC, and Caitlin and Amanda Mullan (Teale Orban) of Regina, SK; and four great-grandchildren, Samantha and Nicole Jelfimow of Kamloops, BC and Brianne and Sara Mills of Frankford, ON as well as many nieces and nephews. Marg enjoyed golfing, gardening, camping, travelling, picnics with the family and drives in the country. She was a worthy Scrabble opponent. A Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. We would like to thank the staff at Silva Care Seniors Home and Solace Care Homes for the wonderful care they provided to our mother in her last days.
