Obituary of Bruce Douglas Bailey

Bruce passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 18, 2011, at the age of 66 years. Predeceased by an infant son Patrick Norman; parents Horace and Florence Bailey; father-in-law Mel Colhoun, Bruce is survived by his loving wife Byrdene; loving sons, Phelan (Theresa) and Parry (Rhonda); four precious grandsons, Patrick, Horacio, Carter and Tanner; sisters, Fern (Norm) Hirsch and Sharon (Dan) Oudot; brothers, Gary (Pat), Martin (Barb) and Brent (Nicole); mother-in-law Evelynn Colhoun; sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Merv) Bratkoski and Audrey Colhoun (Randy Ball); brothers-in-law, Norman (Laurie) and Keith (Tammy); cherished nieces and nephews; as well as many other respected family members. Most important to Bruce was his family and friends. Part of Bruces life also included the twenty-four foster children that came into his home. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Lumsden Centennial Hall, Lumsden, SK on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Darcy Nafe officiating.
