Obituary of Linda Marie Wallington

Linda passed away peacefully on Monday, June 20, 2011 at the Pasqua Hospital, after a brief battle with cancer, with her family by her side. Predeceased by her father; Linda is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 35 years, Rick; two daughters, Shelly (Sloane) and Jennifer (Shane); stepson Adam (Angie); grandchildren, Mariah, Preston, Marcus, Andrew and Nicholas; mother Ruth, two step-sisters, Bonnie and Carol; step-brother Gary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at the Pasqua Hospital for their compassionate care. Visitation will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Friday, June 24, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at Speers Funeral Chapel on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. There will be a private family interment at a later date in Riverside Memorial Park.
