Obituary of Helen Dolejsi

Our beloved mother, Helen Dolejsi, passed away peacefully Monday, June 27, 2011. At 94 years young, she lived a long and good life with her family in the city of Regina. Helen was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Peter Dolejsi; her parents, Jacob and Katherin Baryluk; brother Alec and sister Elizabeth. She is survived by her sister Genette; her children, Greg, Jack (Briana), Darcy (Karen), her grandchildren, Lori, Kael (Katrina), Dustin; and great grandchildren, Mariah, Declan, Erin and Eysten. Funeral Mass for Helen will be held at Christ the King RC Church, 3239 Garnet Street, on Saturday July 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Helen was a long-standing member of the Catholic Women's League there. After the service a Celebration of Helen's life will follow in Christ the King's Parish hall. Helen's heart was bigger than she was. She always had time to listen and extend a helping hand to family and friends. She didn't complain in life, she was a selfless and loving person. When her time came she passed peacefully in her sleep. We love her and will remember her lovingly.
