Obituary of Caroline Thompson

May 20 1941 July 30 2011 Carol, late of Regina, SK, went home to be with the Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 30, 2011. Predeceased by her parents Jerry and Emma Goodwill; brother Norman; sister Joyce Nahnepowisk; granddaughter Shaquilla; son-in-law Kurt Morris, Carol is survived by her loving daughters: Pauline, Sandra (Herman); Karen (Christian) and Catherine; her only son Dwayne; grandchildren: Kristen "Kacy", Callie, Carlen, Leon, Jeremy (Kelly), Destiny, Darrell, Marla, Sherisse, Dustin, Janine, Gabrielle, Michael, Desmond and Emily; great-grandchildren: Hope, Justine, William, Brittany, Malachi, Kadence, Legacy, Caleb, Brelynn, Desire, Vinea, Kyran, Karenace, Nigel, Isaiah, Dante, Trennis, Jace, Laila and Rena; brothers: Mike (Doris) Rockthunder and Roy Goodwill; sister Doreen Yuzicappi; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Carol retired after working at Pioneer Village for over 20 years. She loved the Lord with all her heart. She enjoyed attending church and listening to gospel music. She also loved gardening, camping and sewing. The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff on Unit 3E, Regina General Hospital for their kindness and patience while caring for our mother. It was our Mothers wishes to be cremated. A Wake will not take place. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering that will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. at the Standing Buffalo Gymnasium.
