Obituary of John Arthur Robert McGirr

On Thursday, August 11, 2011, John McGirr passed away peacefully at the age of 76 years. He was predeceased by his wife Mary; mother Thelma; father Robert; and brother Jim (Cindy). John is survived by his children, Richard, Robert and Sandra (Keith) Mintram; grandchildren, Ronald McGirr (Naomi), Tara Thorn, Cory Thorn (Shana) and a special granddaughter whom he raised, Marquetta McGirr; sisters, Roberta (Vern) Bakke, Luann (Steve) Beka, Marquetta (Byron) Seymour; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends who loved him dearly. He will always be in our hearts and deeply missed. At Johns request, there will be no funeral service.
