Obituary of Phyllis Smith-Jones

Phyllis passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Osborne; her son Joseph Taffy?; four brothers and four sisters; Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Dianne Ryan and Sandra Zimmer; five grandchildren, Tim, Tara, Kristen, Danny and Denise; and five great-grandchildren, Jake, Lane, Nate, Ursula and Emmett. She is also survived by her brother Jack Leibham and two sisters, Reg Holmes and Anne Leier. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Flowers gratefully declined.
