Obituary of Victoria Ruth Wolfe

Victoria Wolfe, formerlly of the Markinch SK district, late of Regina, passed away on October 10, 2011, at the age of 83 years. Victoria was born July 09, 1929 on the family farm near Red Jacket SK and farmed in the Markinch district before retiring to Regina. She was called to Heaven as a redeemed and baptized child of God, very peacefully, at Sunset Extendicare Nursing Home in Regina. She was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Anna Wesloski; husband Arthur, May 2011;son Brian in 1992; brothers, Eli in 1961, Leo in 2006; sister Elsie Neale in 2009; and nephew Leonard in 1980. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Lorna Robinson; daughter-in-law Katherine Wolfe; grandson Warren Wolfe; granddaughter Lacey Wolfe, all of Regina; great grandson Spencer Freeman Hinkley of Summerland BC; brother Paul Weslowski (Martha) of Moosomin SK; sister Lena Weslowski of Edson AB; sister-in-law Erna Wendling of Southey SK; brothers-in-law, Emil Wendling of Shalom Nursing Home in Cupar, Ernest Weisbrod of Cupar; sisters-in-law, Stephanie Wolfe of Regina, Lorine Wolfe of Calgary; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Viewing for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina SK, from 7:00 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Funeral Service will be held at St. Marks Lutheran Church, Markinch SK on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Bethlehem Cemetery, southwest of Markinch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Marks Lutheran Church or Wheatwyn Bethlehem Cemetery Care Fund (c/o St. Marks) Markinch SK, S0G 3J0.
