Obituary of Lionel Damien Hogan

LIONEL HOGAN With sadness we announce the passing of Lionel Damien Hogan, born in Weyburn, SK December 9th, 1938. He passed away in Regina June 29, 2011 at the age of 72 years. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Millie Hogan, he is survived by sons Patrick, Michael, and Sean; daughter Erin; grandchildren Chanelle, Rachel, Melanie, Amber, Selina, Lane and Presley; wife Sally; brother Emmett (Megan); sisters Onagh (Bob - his best friend), Maureen (Arthur), and Ila; brother-in-law Gerald Spooner and family; sister-in-law Shirley Carswell and family; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Lionel resided in many places; Regina SK, Vancouver BC - where he did commercial diving, Duncan BC, Ottawa ON and Dawson Creek BC. An outdoorsman, Lionel loved hunting, fishing and motorcycling. He was an avid reader and could enlighten you on most any subject. He will be sadly missed. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, July 5th 2011, 10:30 a.m. at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina.
