Obituary of A. L. (Smitty) Smith

A.L. (SMITTY) SMITH 1924 - 2010 Smitty passed away in his sleep on Friday, September 24, 2010 in Regina. He was predeceased by his parents Howard and Teresa Smith, stepmother Min and sister Ione (Kendal) McGuire. Smitty is survived by his loving wife Jean of 61 years, 10 months; his children Robert (Doreen), Harvey (Denise), Bill (Deb), Terry (Neil) Harkes and Lyle (Julie); 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one sister Shirley (Dan) Sexsmith, 4 brothers-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 in Windthorst Cemetery, Windthorst, SK.
