Obituary of Dale Keith Belcourt

BELCOURT, Dale Keith

1941 – 2020

Dale passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the age of 79 years, at the Royal University Hospital, with family and caring staff by his side. He was predeceased by his first wife Ann; daughter Yvette; son James; and his two twin brothers Lorne and Lane. Dale grew up on the family farm in Strasbourg, SK. He had to help raise and take care of his siblings, until he met his first love, Ann Woollard, the mother of his children, Michelle, Dale and Brenda Belcourt, James, Kent and Olga Belcourt, Yvonne and Yvette. After the loss of his first love Ann, he continued to work hard and enjoy life to the fullest. During this time, he met and married his second wife, Reinhilde (Reny) (nee Hannem). Dale took enormous pride in his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. He was overwhelmed by being in the 5-generation club. Dale will be sadly missed by everyone that knew him, including his faithful dog ‘Peanut’.
