Obituary of Brian Scott Smith

Brian passed away in the wee hours of the morning on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 in the Regina General Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Brian and Eileen Smith. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Linda McKenzie; children Melissa (Dustin) Livingstone, Janeen Smith, Christine (Norbert Lenius) Smith, Jared (Sheryl) McKenzie, Shawn (Nichole) McKenzie and Andy (Johnny Schaffer) McKenzie; grandchildren Sky, Taylor, Jimmy, Sunshine, Bryson and Emery; Mum and Dad Nichol; ex-wife, Darlene Smith; as well as extended family and some very special friends. Brian fought a hard battle that was impossible to win and a special thank you goes out to the staff, that made his life easier, at the Regina General Hospital. Honouring his wishes, there will be no funeral service. For those wanting to say so long? as he begins his new adventure, interment will be held at Foxleigh (St. Matthews) Anglican Church, (8 miles north of Regina on #6 highway, 4 miles east on Foxleigh Road.) at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2010.
