Obituary of Joseph Richard Charter

CHARTER, Joseph Richard

February 20, 1947 – October 31, 2020

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Richard Charter on October 31, 2020 at the General hospital in Regina, Saskatchewan. Joey was predeceased by his wife Samantha Leask; and father, Joseph Redhot. He is survived by his mother Sharon Gaddie; sibling Wanda Charter; children Tiara, Tanis & Dwight Leask; nephew William; niece Renee Charter; uncle Jim Charter; grandchildren Kassandra Leask, Lanessa Pelletier & Tyson Leask.  Joey was a very educated man who cared greatly for his children. He enjoyed watching movies, reading and spending time with his family.  Services will be held at a later date in Swan River, Manitoba. Joey will not be forgotten and will be missed and loved forever.
