Obituary of Lillian Estelle Groeller

LILLIAN ESTELLE GROELLER (nee Gibbs) passed away peacefully on December 9, 2020, at 97 years. Predeceased by her parents, Edward and Mary Alice Lilian Gibbs (nee Sherritt); daughter Shirley Eileen; brothers, Ted (Hazel), Mervin (Vi), and Gordon (Lorna); Lillian is survived by her daughters, Barb Neil and Jean Groeller, both of Regina; son Frank Groeller of Regina; grandchildren, Colin Neil, Mark (Ashley) Groeller, and Cheryl Groeller; great grandchildren, Sylvie and Elyse Groeller, nieces; Katherine Thompson, Pamela Fritsche, Georgia Burr, nephews; Murray and Glenn Gibbs, Richard Gibbs. While residing in Regina Lillian was an Avon Representative, Welcome Wagon Hostess, and a member of Regina Toastmistress’s. She taught Sunday School and sang in the church choir. While residing in Victoria she worked at The Bay. In her spare time she tended to her amazing flower garden and enjoyed the company of her many friends. Lillian moved to Regina Beach in 1994 to be close to family. Her family will remember Lillian as a caring and forgiving mother and grandmother who loved her children with all her heart. A Private Family Service was held.
