Obituary of Janay Adele Sunshine Keewatin

Janay Adele Sunshine Keewatin late of Regina, SK passed away peacefully on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the age of 30 years. Predeceased by her paternal grandmother Yvonne Wadsworth. Janay is survived by her parents April Keewatin and Tim Wadsworth; siblings Byron and Tim Keewatin, Tabitha, Elijah, Maggie, Whitney, Derik Joyea, and Angel Ross; her former spouse Jesse Ray, their three beautiful children Jaydence Ray, Jennessa and Jade Fink; her special and loving grandmother Brenda Keewatin-Kinnon; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Special acknowledgement to her lifelong friends, Angela Grey and Brandi Ray. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel on Friday, January 15, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Those wishing to attend must call Speers to register for a specific time. Visitation will be followed by a Wake at Peepeekisis First Nation at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at Peepeekisis First Nation on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow in Wanakapew United Church Cemetery at Peepeekisis First Nation.
