Hello, my name is Terry Wozniak (T J). I was trying to call Ed today to catch up and see if he had finished his memoiors. We had agreed to get together after covid was over. I after being advised his number wasnt in service tried the internet to see if he had a new number/location... I was shocked to be directed to his obituary...my sincerest condolences to his family, friends and Brad whom I remember as a little fellow.
I first met Ed when he was an equipment operator on my shift at Pine Point mines. Whith some persuasion he took on the position of Town Foreman and continued his studies for Mechanics. I was the elected Town Councilor responsible for Public Works. I left the north for a position in Elkford B.C.and lost track of Ed's whereabouts for many years. Through a mutual friend..Les Wood I was able to re-connect with Ed. What else to say..I will always miss his humor and common sense...
If a copy of his memoriors is possible . I would sure appreciate a copy.

I was very fortunate to work alongside Ed at Kramer Ltd as a young guy just getting into the heavy equipment world.
Ed loved to tell good stories and always made them entertaining.
He also would share some of his harder life experiences and I have to say I learnt many things from Ed but none more important than some of the take away’s from those conversations.
I am grateful for the opportunity to have known Ed and my thoughts are with Elvira and family today.
They just don’t make em like that anymore.

Dear Elvira. I was saddened to read this morning of Ed's sudden passing. I'm so sorry for your loss, but I like to believe that when we lose someone close to us, they still live through us and give us strength. You will always remember how it felt to be loved by him. I hope those memories will bring you some comfort in time. Sincerely... Paddy Dodge

Elvira and family, I just wanted to pass on my deepest condolences on Ed's passing. I am in shock. I just saw Ed a week or so ago, and he was changing the timing belt on the car in his garage. We had a nice visit. So sorry to hear of his sudden passing. Syncerest sympathies. Kent Siegele.
