I met Susan at the Co-operators many years ago and when we both worked there. We became friends and though we lost touch for awhile I was glad we were able to connect again. Susan was one of those people who told it like it was, she did not sugar coat things. So; you either loved her or you didn’t. But if you loved her; she was your genuine friend and would stand by you through thick and thin. Susan had the best stories and we would many times have long conversations and she would tell me stories about things she had done in her younger years that had me rolling in laughter. She had and Amazing memory for names; dates and times.. I was always so impressed by that. It was tough in the last several months to hear how weak she was getting.. but she never gave up. During our last conversation she still talked about doing yard work and going to the cottage. Susan; I will miss our phone conversations and you so much. You were an Amazing strong woman. May you be at Peace in our Lords arms and free from all pain and suffering. To Brian; Susan’s daughter Sarah and her Grandchildren my Heartfelt Condolences goes out to each of you.
