Obituary of William Arthur Purdie

It is with sorrow that the family of Bill Purdie announces his passing on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at the age of 71. Bill proudly served as a firefighter for 32 years. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Diana (nee Scott); children: Belinda, Zane (Donna), Yancy (Lori) and Ian (Carrie); grandchildren: Darcey (Amber), Kayla (Chancellor), Shane, Jennifer (Cody), Tyler and Cody, Steven (Becky) and the sparkle of his eye,? great-granddaughter Mackenzie. Bill is also survived by his brothers Hugh (Audrey), Dick (Gladys), John (Barb), as well as many nieces, nephews and in-laws. A Celebration of Bills Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2010 in Regina Apostolic Church, 808 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina. A private interment will take place in Riverside Memorial Park.
