Obituary of Gord Williams

Gordon Williams passed away suddenly on Friday June 10, 2022.  He was born in Kincaid SK to Mary and Irvin Williams.  Gordon leaves to mourn his wife of 46 years Shirley, daughter Stephanie (Nick) Pitts, grandson Nicholas, brother David (Rebecca) Williams, brothers-in-law Brian (Edna) Reynard, David (Dawn) Reynard, sister-in-law Carol Gibson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gord graduated with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan as a mechanical engineer. He was proud to work at SaskPower for the majority of his career, holding the position of Chief Gas Inspector for Saskatchewan, prior to his retirement in 2012. 

Gord was a collector of vintage British motorcycles, and old cars.  He was a long standing member of the Majestics Car Club and the Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Club (South Saskatchewan Chapter).

In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted to Rock Steady Boxing Regina or Parkinson Canada.

Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
