Obituary of Audrey Florence Lucy Slinn

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Audrey Florence Lucy Slinn (nee Evans). This amazing woman embodied and taught the values of love, respect, and kindness. Audrey is survived by her 4 children: Shelley (Paul) Neilson, Shayne (Sandy), Shawn (Rhonda) and Scott Slinn. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren in whom she took great delight: Hillary, Sage, Meredith, Nathan; Mack, Spencer, Maurisa, Landon, Joel, Jordyn; Jessica, Curtis, Melyssa, Tanner, and 3 great-grandchildren. Audrey is predeceased by her husband Norman, her parents, and siblings. Audrey’s greatest joy in life was caring for children. For many years she welcomed little ones into her home daycare, and then worked sixteen years for Mackenzie Infant Child Care where she encouraged young mothers and lovingly nurtured the babies in her care. Memorial Service will be held later.
