Aida Barnachea Gargabite, late of Regina SK, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2022, at the age of 62 years. She was predeceased by her parents Paulino and Juanita. Aida will be remembered by her husband Bienvenido Artelero Gargabite; daughter Ariana Bea Barnachea Gargabite; Siblings Henry Barnachea, Hernani Mina, Homer Barnachea, Helen Coloma, and Herminia De Jesus. Aida grew up in Alcala Pangasinan, Philippines. Aida attended the Central Luzon State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, she also attended the Nueva Ecija Colleges and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a nurse in Saudi Arabia and then a care aide in Regina, SK. Aida loved making friends wherever she travelled or lived and remained steadfast in her core beliefs. She kept all that were near and dear close to her heart. Aida was very amiable to all she met. Her laugh could warm up any room. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, followed by a visitation at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Speers Funeral Home, 2136 College Ave at 1:00 p.m. with Father Dan Rafael presiding.
