Claire passed away peacefully on December 29, 2022 in Regina, SK at the age of 69 years with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Donat and Simonne Remillard. Claire is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Gary; and sons Michael (Stacey) and Christopher of Regina. Claire was born in Ponteix, SK on May 26, 1953 and raised in Scotsguard. Claire went to school in Scotsguard, Shaunavon and to Moose Jaw Technical School. She worked at SaskTel in Swift Current. Claire and Gary were married on September 6, 1975 and had two sons. Michael was born on June 1981, they moved to Regina in 1982 and Christopher was born on February 1985. Claire worked at various Catholic Schools as a library assistant and office manager until retiring in 2010. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, gardening and doing various arts and crafts. Prayers will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 7:00 p.m.– 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Holy Child R. C. Church, 2636 7th Avenue East, Regina, SK on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. To view the livestream of the service, please click on the link above on the date and time of the service.
