Dana Carmen Butler passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023, in Regina, SK, at the age of 46. She was born June 14, 1976, in Regina, SK, to parents Gary and Maureen Butler. In her younger years, she enjoyed playing ringette, along with other sports. Dana worked as a Physio-Therapist Assistant for the Regina Health Region, and she loved her work and her co-worker friends. Dana liked to hang out with her friends, go for lunches, and was always very social. This year Dana was celebrating 7 years (almost 8) of sobriety, something her and her family were so proud of. The photo chosen for this obituary includes the tattoo bands that symbolize those years of sobriety. Dana is survived by her loving parents, Gary and Maureen Butler; her brother Ryan Butler; and her nieces and nephews, Sophia Wood-Butler, Van Wood-Butler, Lily Wood-Butler, and Levi Wood-Butler; as well as numerous extended family and friends. In keeping with the families wishes, no service will take place at this time.
