Obituary of Edwin Pitre

It is with great sadness that the Pitre family announces the passing of Edwin Raymond Pitre on Tuesday, November 2, 2010. Edwin was born on March 17, 1930 in Wolseley, Saskatchewan. Ed passed away at the Regina General Hospital with his family by his side. He is predeceased by his mother and father. Ed is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret of 58 years and his children and grandchildren: Sharon (Jerry) Kilkenny and their children Cary, Tim (Jana), Ray (Ursula) Pitre, Sara (Kevin) and Jessica (Sean); Lynda Stewart; Charmaine (Malcolm) Polsfut and their children Nathan (Erika) and Matthew; Darlene (Grant) Stewart and their children Curtis, Kim, Cathy (Kevin) Lamoureux, Raymond and Cindy; David Pitre and his son Benjamin and great-grandchildren Jaylyn, Kelaiah, Luther and Savanna. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 5, 2010 in St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, 100 Argyle Street, Regina.
