Obituary of Gary John Uhren

 

UHREN, Gary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Uhren, at home with his wife by his side on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Gary was predeceased by his parents, John and Barbara Uhren; and father and mother-in-law Raymond and Elizabeth Zerr. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Louella; sister Linda (Barry) Steininger; nephews Rob (Renee), Zach and Riley; uncle Wilfred Uhren; his loving brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends and his U of R Football family. There will be a Celebration of Gary’s Life at the Conexus Art Center, 200 Lakeshore Drive, Regina, SK on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 1738 Quebec Avenue, Unit 26, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9 or the Cancer Society of Regina, 1920 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
