I did not know Sam for very long but will remember him as a kind and generous person with a very positive and open spirit. I am so terrified of dogs, but in walking his dog, Shy, when he was driving the bus for the day, he helped me so much to get over that fear. Sending love and positive thoughts to the family.

Sam was our delight in the ER. Always smiling, visiting with each staff. Some shifts, he was the only bright light. On nights in the ER when chaos was going on, Sam was there, he kept a watch on us nurses..Sam, you have a piece of my heart.❤️

I worked with Sam at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre. I enjoyed our conversations about many subjects. Sam had a gift for helping people. He was not afraid to try new things & had the drive to give his best whatever he decided to do. He was a kind, gentle person who was always available to help his friends. I was very sad to hear of Sam's passing. I hope he knew a lot of co-workers cared. Thanks, Sam for all your help. I'm very sorry you suffered so much. I miss you but have many happy memories to help me through this time. May God grant you peace and may your memory be eternal.

Sincere Sympathy to the Sam’s family. We remember him with his sincere interest in people and kindness towards others. We spent time getting to know him when he worked at the hospital and my Mom was there. He always greeted us and inquired how we were and how my Mom was. May you have eternal fond memories of him.
