On Wednesday, December 8, 2010, Mark Frederick Budinski passed away at the age of 54 years as a result of heart failure. Predeceased by his father Fred (2004) and mother Miriam (1990). Mark was born and raised in Regina and attended Luther High School and the University of Regina graduating with a Bachelor of Education. Mark held both academic and athletic teaching positions with the Regina School System. Mark coached several sports at the high school and elementary level; football, volleyball, wrestling and track and field. His greatest lifelong passion, however, was football at every level. His devotion to Regina Touch Football and TRY Football over the years earned him numerous friends and acquaintances as well as awards for his community service. CFL, NFL, there wasnt a statistic or rule that Mark couldnt quote. He will also be remembered as a master of Trivial Pursuit and an avid movie buff. A private family service will be held at St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Craig Moeller officiating.
