Obituary of John Desnomie

It is with great sadness that the family announces the loss of a Son, Father, Brother, Uncle, and Mushum at the Regina General Hospital at the age of 51. John is survived by his mother Bernice; his eleven children and their mother Vanessa McKay; sisters, Jean (Gary), Leah (Don Jr.), Caron (Dan); his brothers, Perry (Grace), and Sheldon (Kelly); and all other nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts, too numerous to mention. John was predeceased by both sets of grandparents; his father Leo Patrick; his brothers Joseph and Randall. Wake to be held at the Peepeekisis First Nations School on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 starting at 4:00 p.m. with Burial to follow on Wednesday, December 29 at 11:00 a.m. with Band Elders officiating. The family would like to thank all the ER/ICU doctors and nurses, and EMTs from both the General and Pasqua Hospitals for all their compassion and help at this time.
