Dearest Jim, Joseph, Andrew, Morgan and Jami, Tristan and I are truly blessed to have had Lauren in out lives. We like to call Lauren a friend, she always put everyone else first and always gave us her shoulder to cry on. She was always just a phone call away. Tristan and I have had a difficult time with the news of Lauren's passing. When I asked Tristan what he will always remember about Lauren he said "She would always give me a great big hug as soon as she saw me whether that was at the bowling alley or when we came to her house"."She always let me look at her watch and even gave me one of her watches" I will always have Lauren in my heart as I cuddle the blanket she made for me when my Nana passed away, I call it my Nana blanket". I love you very much Lauren and thank you for being my friend! From one mother of a Special Needs child to another thank you for showing me your strength to conquer, through sickness and in health. Special Olympics bowling nights will never be the same! Sending hugs to Heaven!
