Obituary of Terry Lee Pratt

It is with sorrow that the family of Terry Pratt announces her sudden and unexpected passing on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at the age of 54. She was predeceased by her dad, Ken Perkin. Left to cherish her memory are: her loving husband of 23 years, Jim; children Corie (Jeremy), Shauna and twin sons Dallas and Dustin and grandchildren Hope and Julien. Terry will also be dearly remembered by her mother Luverne Perkin, brothers Ron (Jean) and Dwight (Judy); sisters Lynda (Tony), Shelly (Paul), Kenda (Paul) and Cheryl (Earl); in-laws Harold and Olive Pratt, as well as many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service to celebrate Terrys life will be held at Lakeview United Church, 3200 McCallum Avenue, Regina on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jo Mader officiating.
