Tiffany Bitternose, late of Regina, SK passed away on Monday, February 21, 2011 at the age of 19 years. Tiffany is survived by her mother Keitha Bitternose; her father Brent Neitz; brothers Mitchell Moise, Conrad Moise, Klynton Bitternose; sisters Chantel Moise and Amanda Moise; and niece Shelyse Thomas Moise.
