Obituary of Donald John Walter

Donald Walter passed away suddenly at the age of 72 on Thursday, March 17, 2011. Don was predeceased by his parents, John and Louise (nee Leib) Walter; and brother Gordon Walter. He is survived by his loving wife, Anne of 32 years; daughter Donna; son Darren (Kim); stepson Jim; four grandchildren, Aaron, Bailey, Tristin and Brandon; and sister-in-law Carol. Don was employed at the Correctional Centre for thirty-five years. He enjoyed golfing and hanging out at his favorite place for coffee with his friends. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Regina Humane Society, P.O.
