Obituary of Georgette Wood

Georgette passed away peacefully in the Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home, on Friday, March 18, 2011, surrounded by her children. Predeceased by her husband, Albert Wood in 1990 and her first husband Kenneth Bryson; Georgette is survived by her six children and their families: Peggy (Ted) Wrubleski of Powell River, BC and children Darrell (Tania), Danielle (Frank); Deborah Bryson-Sarauer (Leslie) and sons Bryan (Karrie), Kenneth (Kim) of Saskatoon and Humboldt; Robyn Bryson of Calgary and son Logan Bryson of Kenora, ON; Norman Bryson (Jenny) and children Corey Bryson (Cristelle) and Lindsay Bryson of Regina; Doreen Bryson (Robin Cyr) and children Lori (Jason), Joseph (Tamara), Dominique (Ryan) of Campbell River, BC; and Peter Bryson (Jackie) and children Taylor and Nathan of Calgary, AB She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren: Hanlon, Bryson, Raiden, Anakin, Amelie, Teegan, Lauren, Nolyn, Chloe, Massimo, Kingston, Siena, and Celeste as well as her brother Norman (Jean) Pelletier of Winnipeg, MB and her younger sister Madeleine Piette of Sudbury, ON. Jo was born May 13, 1929 in Sturgeon Falls, ON. She was a successful business woman and entrepreneur throughout her life and will be missed by all who knew her. Jo was a friend of Lois W. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Georgettes Life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel 2136, College Avenue, Regina on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
