Obituary of Larry Wayne Dally

LARRY WAYNE DALLY December 4, 1937 April 1, 2013 It is with great sorrow the family announce the passing of Larry on Monday, April 1, 2013 at Regina Wascana Grace Hospice at the age of 75. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 52 years, Shaaron; son James Dally (Cathy Van Goethem); grandson Zachary Dally, all of Regina; daughter Katherine Dally of Fort QuAppelle; brother John (Marlene) Dally; much loved mother-in-law Katherine Zazulak; brothers-in-law Maurice (Irene) Zazulak and Michael Zazulak, all of Regina; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by parents William Bill? and Alice Dally; brother Ralph (Shirley) Dally; and sister Joyce Snyder. Larry worked for SaskTel for 35 years, retiring in 1992. He continued to work? by volunteering for SaskTel Pioneers, Computers for Schools and Salvage. Throughout his life, Larry was an avid baseball player, curler, golfer and hockey player. He loved to socialize and made many lifelong friends. Larry was always available to lend a helping hand. He was very proud of his family and their achievements. A loving thank you to Maurice and Irene, who were there every day through Larrys heart surgery in January and his most recent journey with liver cancer in March. The family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to the nursing staff at Regina Wascana Grace Hospice for the care and kindness they have shown. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Child R.C. Church, 2636 7th Avenue East, Regina, SK on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Interment at a later date.
