Obituary of George Petrescue

George E. Petrescue, late of Kayville, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 92 years of age. Predeceased by his parents, George and Agafia; his nine brothers and seven sisters; George is survived by his loving wife of almost 50 years, Julia; son George (Carol); daughters, Suzanna (Jeff) Nostadt, Lisa, and Donna (Tom) Seiferling; eight granddaughters and sister Rose (Cliff) Round of British Columbia. Funeral Service will be held in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with Very Rev. Fr. Dan Nenson officiating. A private family interment will be held at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Kayville at a later date.
