Obituary of Cleve Barry Thorson

CLEVE BARRY THORSON January 11, 1954 April 15, 2013 Cleve, late of Regina, Saskatchewan passed peacefully on Monday, April 15, 2013 in the Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Predeceased by his father Lyle I. Thorson, Cleve is survived by his mother Margaret Thorson; brother Miles, sister-in-law Cheryl and niece Meagan of Medicine Hat, Alberta. Cleve was educated in Regina spending many happy years a member of the Regina Lions Junior Band. Cleve spent 38 productive years as a Lab Tech at the Co-op Heavy Oil Refinery. His many co-workers will remember Cleves easy personality and special humor. Curling was Cleves great interest, curling competitively in Regina for many years. After retirement, he continued being active having membership at the Callie and Highland Curling Clubs. Cleve enjoyed travelling, in particular trips with his niece to China and Europe. Funeral Service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 142 Massey Road, Regina, SK on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with The Rev. Dr. Trish McCarthy officiating.
