Obituary of Katherina M. Ritter

KATHERINA M. RITTER (NEE MANZ) October 19, 1918 May 4, 2013 Katherina passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Albert Ritter (1997); son-in-law Albert Kragh; and great-grandson Lee Homenuik-Stachoski. A loving mother and grandmother, Katherina is survived by 4 daughters: Doris (Doug) McPherson of Regina SK, Francis (Allin) MacDougald of Saskatoon, Irene (Sid) Stachoski of Regina and Celia (Don) Simank of Red Deer. She was blessed with 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Katherina is also survived by her brother Ernold (Eleanor) Manz of Calgary and sister Leona Wirll of Regina. A Graveside Service for the family will be held at Regina Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
