Obituary of Brandon Richard Hofer

BRANDON RICHARD HOFER NOVEMBER 24, 1994 " JULY 9, 2009 The angels sang a welcome song on July 9 of 2009 as our dear beloved Brandon walked through the gates of Heaven. The Lord blessed us with Brandon on November 24, 1994. He was a special gift that only our dear Lord could give. Brandon died peacefully with his loving family by his side. He will be missed deeply by his caring and loving parents, Peter and Annie Hofer; sister, Kimberly; and brothers, Travis, Jaydyn and Kelly. They knew that Brandon was special and no chore was too much for them to do as long as it was for Brandon. Dearest Brother, life without you will not be the same. We love you dearly, and hope to meet again. Also left to mourn is paternal grandmother, J. Mary Hofer of the Lajord Colony; maternal grandmother S. Annie Hofer of the Donalda Colony; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Brandon was predeceased by both his grandfathers, Joseph Hofer of Lajord Colony and Samuel Hofer of Donalda Colony. Rest in peace dear Brandon, we will never forget you. Brandon lived with cancer for 11 years. He fought a good fight and ran a good race, a boy determined to beat cancer. The power of love, family and faith kept him going. A Funeral Service will be held at the Lajord Colony on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Lajord Colony Cemetery.
