Obituary of Jack' (Frederick John) England

Jack (Frederick John) England ENGLAND, Jack (Frederick John) " Royal Canadian Navy veteran and long time Regina businessman Jack England passed away peacefully in Regina on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at the age of 87. Jack was born in Regina on February 19, 1922, son of Frederick George England and Gertrude Mae England (nee Friel), both late of Regina. Jack was predeceased by his sisters Gladys, Bertha, Lois, and Frances, his brother Bill, and his son-in-law Don Richan. He is survived by his son Bob (Lynn) of Regina (and their children Courtney Weiss (Lee), Tim, and Jay), his daughter Beth Richan of Kingston Ontario (and her children John, Alexandra, Emma, and Aidan), his son Bill (Kim) of Colorado Springs USA (and their children Brynne, Brielle, Rhiannon, Brogan, and soon to be adopted Simon, Jamison, Ryerson and Kainen), the mother of his children Jacqueline England, and numerous nieces and nephews. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Veterans Wing of the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre for the caring and compassion they gave to Jack throughout the last two years of his life, and to the CSU unit of the Regina General Hospital who made his final days comfortable.
