Obituary of Maurice Neville Evenson

MAURICE EVENSON Evenson - Maurice Neville, late of Regina, SK passed away on Thursday June 16, 2009 at the age of 94 years. Predeceased by Margaret, his wife of 47 years; brothers Dennis and Gerald; sister Norma, Maurice is survived by his children Jo-Ann (Jim), Holly (Keith) and Allan (Tamara), grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Kelsey (Jason), Jordan, Melissa, Miranda; nieces and nephews. Maurice was born on the family farm near Earl Grey, SK. He taught school in rural SK during the 1930s and made many lifelong friendships. Maurice lived most of his life in Regina. He was the Credit Manager at Simpsons for 30 years and a long time member of the Assiniboia Club. He loved his garden and always enjoyed a game of cards with family and friends. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday July 21, at 1:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina.
