Obituary of Howard Roy Nahnepowisk

Howard Roy Nahnepowisk passed away peacefully on August 9, 2009 with his family by his side. Predeceased by his grandparents, Marius and Bella Nahnepowisk; Jerry (Emma) Goodwill, Kokum Nancy Chapple; mother, Joyce; and sister, Audrey. He is survived by his father, Alex Nahnepowisk; five sisters, Stella (Wayne), Verna (Dennis), Janet (Vince), Angie, and special sister, Sandra, affectionately known as Tubby; three brothers, Ken (Bonita), Donnie (Karen), Kevin (Barb); many nieces, nephews, cousins; Gordon Priest; and special cousins, Arla and Janice. Howard will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A wake will be held at the Piapot First Nation Hall at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2009. A Traditional Service on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Piapot First Nation Hall with a feast to follow. Interment will be in the Piapot First Nation Cemetery.
