Obituary of Gunther Richard Piotrowski

Gunther Richard Piotrowski , beloved husband and father, passed away at peace with his family at his side on September 6, 2009 at the age of 70 years. He will be forever remembered by, and live in the hearts of, Gisele, his wife of 47 years and his daughter Karen (Nathan). He is also survived by his cousin Ingeborg of Germany. Predeceased by father Richard and mother Elisabeth. Gunther will be remembered for being a devoted husband and father, his joking sense of humour and his willingness to help out friends and neighbours without any expectation of getting anything in return. Gunthers deep faith strengthened him in his life and in these past 14 months he lived with leukemia. He is now at peace in the arms of God. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday September 10, 2009 at St. Marks Lutheran Church, 3510 Queen Street, Regina at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Craig Moeller and Pastor Trent Felstrom officiating.
