Obituary of Donna Faye Dreher

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Donna Faye Dreher on Monday, October 5, 2009. Donna was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Hazel Bramley and in-laws, George and Helen Dreher. Donna will be greatly missed by the love of her life, her husband, Gabe; her daughters, Reina (Jack) Wylie, Lorene (Dennis) Attewell; and her pride and joy, her grandsons, Kyle and Brett Wylie, and Dylan and Jessie Attewell. Donna was born, raised and attended high school in Creelman, SK. She went on to take her CNA at the Grey Nuns Hospital and continued to work there upon graduation. In 1959, Donna married Gabe and they shared 50 years together. After a short break to raise her daughters, she went on to work with special needs children with the Regina Separate School until her retirement in 1994. She spent her retirement pursuing new pastimes. She enjoyed fishing, golfing and cheering on her Riders?. Winters were spent in Mesa. She has touched the hearts of many family and friends and her passing will leave a void in their lives. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 315 Douglas Avenue East, Regina on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Tom Nguyen and Rev. Norm Marcotte presiding. A private family interment will be held at Regina Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
